I have the honor of being born 2 days after my parents' wedding anniversary.
They will celebrate 49 years of marriage this Thursday, November 17.
I wrote a blog post at the beginning of the month that included a bunch of neat mementos from my baby book, but only one faithful reader commented. Thanks H, as usual. ♥ Here's the link to that post if you'd like to check it out: Click here for post #880.
Something I forgot to mention earlier... one of my sweetest friends from long ago, from the old neighborhood... someone who was my classmate from the early years and whom I'm still friends with on Facebook.... shares the same exact Birthday (and year) as me. ☺ Happy Birthday, Beth!
Another old friend, the sister of one of my high school buddies, also shares this Birthday.
Kind of neat to have personally known 2 others with the same special day.
Looking forward to special times with family and friends this week and then next week - 2 short days of work, the long Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas decorating on that Friday and Saturday.

A early Happy birthday wish to you. Birthdays are so special and my hope is that your day is filled love, laughter, and joy.
Enjoy your week! I don't know anybody who shares my birthday. I hope you have a great time at all the celebrations. Happy Birthday.
Happy Birthday and I know from all your posts that you will receive from Jim a special gift and Sarah also. Hope all your wishes will come true. Looking at the side by side photo of you, your smile has not changed.
Happy Anniversary to your parents! In this day and age it's so wonderful to see someone married that many years.
I have no doubt that your birthday celebrations will be very special, just like you make it special for everyone else:-) I'm looking forward to seeing the handmade card Sarah will make for you...I'm sure it will be beautiful!
I don't think you've changed a bit except get more gorgeous:-) xoxo
Hi Linda, Happy anniversary to your parents. 49 years is certainly a major cause for celebration.
And happy birthday-eve wishes to you! Somehow I missed your early November post. I still have a newspaper clipping of my birth announcement ... but sadly not many other mementos. It's great that your mom kept a baby book for you.
I know ya'll will all have great times together this weekend.
Love that squirrel shadow in your previous post. Have a wonderful weekend. Birthday hugs, Tammy
You parents have provided a wonderful loving example to many.
Love the past and present images of you. You really haven't changed much. Lucky girl. :)
