making all of her own cards,
finally understanding the right orientation,
feeling confident in printing,
turning her photos into artful gifts,
and then...
the ink
ran out.
"Oh Jimmmmmmmmmmmm........!"
The production line temporarily halted,
nature's ink distracted.
Snow clouds rolled away at the magic of dusk,
She runs outside barefoot and coatless, even when the temperature is in the 20s with the wind; nothing comes between her and a good photo opportunity.
This is my usual attire, by the way, indoors year round. No socks and robes for me. Too hot.
Of course, the air traffic was released from its holding pattern at the neighboring pond only after I returned indoors where the evening light was still mesmerizing me from the bedroom window, where I snapped these last two photos for November 10.

Oh I HATE when I run out of ink! Especially when it is 10pm and I am full steam into a project. I have since started hording it. :)
LOVE the images!
I always buy back up ink and have it ready...just in case. But, mine isn't for art, but for coupons! :o) Beautiful pictures.
NO!!! I hope you were able to get more ink.
The pictures are lovely. I am looking forward to going out soon and taking some pictures of the hawks that are calling our area home.
I rarely wear socks indoors. I just don't like it. I usually run outside in my slippers, you never know what you could find on the sidewalks around here.
Hi Linda, your photography is so very beautiful and these artcards will make such great gifts. I love the way you've written this post. I've now caught up with your recent posts. Such gorgeous images. So sad about the guy who died. I've been trying to be really good today about staying off my ankle. Hoping that by Sunday I'll be able to get a shoe on since the swelling and bruising got much worse after yesterday's trip back home. Have a wonderful weekend. Tammy
love your pics and so feel your ink pain ,The other night too hot to sleep at 2am i ran out of glue,
production line of santa fans in prgress with mica flake beards to glue and no more zip ran out,Forced to go back to bed oh the sheer frustration.Keep snapping love the, photos
Another thing we have in common...I never wear socks in the house and no robe either, I'm always too warm! lol
Oh dear, running out of ink when you're in the middle of a project is soooo annoying. The cards are so gorgeous and no doubt the recipients will absolutely love them!!
We had what looked like snow clouds yesterday but they ended up going away with no snow having fallen...thank goodness! xoxo
